The successful bidder should ensure that all e-waste is disposed as per latest government guidelines. It is the responsibility of successful bidder to provide e-waste disposal certificate to POWERGRID. Bidders must submit a notarized copy of the valid registration certificates issued by the State (or Union Territory) Pollution Control Board (SPCB) and produce it at the time of taking delivery of the materials, failing which their bid will be liable for rejection. The entire disposable items shall be sold as a single lot to the successful bidder and no part payment/quotation will be considered. However, breakup of the prices of individual items shall be provided. The items shall remain, in every aspect, at the risk of the buyer from the time of acceptance of his offer. The seller will not undertake any liability whatsoever for the safe custody, protection or preservation after the sale has been confirmed. Lots are put up for sale, subject to change by nature''s wear and tear. No complaint regarding the quality or description of the materials sold will be entertained once the bid has been accepted. |
